Contact email privacy policy
How Tactic handles details you send by emailing contact@tactic.studio.
1. Scope
This policy covers only the contact / feedback email process (direct mail to contact@tactic.studio). It does not replace the full site and editor policy on the Legal · Privacy Policy page.
2. What you send
When you email us, you may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message (project notes, feedback, questions, or other content you choose to include)
Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, or other highly sensitive data in the message.
3. How contact works
This page provides a mailto link to contact@tactic.studio. Your browser or device opens your usual email app or webmail so you can compose and send the message. We do not run a contact form or form API on GitLab Pages.
4. Why we process it
We use the details you send solely to:
- Read and respond to your enquiry
- Follow up if clarification is needed
- Keep a normal business email record of the conversation
We do not sell contact-form or enquiry data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
5. Who receives it
Messages are received in Tactic’s mailbox for contact@tactic.studio (TACTIC / Tactic Studio). Your email provider and ours may process the message in transit under their own terms (standard email delivery).
6. Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to answer you and for ordinary business, legal, or security records, then delete or archive them according to our internal mail practices. You can ask us to delete a conversation where feasible by emailing contact@tactic.studio.
7. Your choices
- Do not send email if you do not want us to process those details.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of enquiry-related personal data we hold, subject to applicable law, by contacting us at the address above.
